Production Lead
- Lead production line
- Ensure that the production line is properly staffed and that line speeds are appropriate to ensure daily production goals are met
- Ensure that all required production paperwork is completed and turned in on time
- Become fully proficient in the operation of assigned production line(s)
- Understand and be able to perform the duties of each line member to ensure that all are proficient in their duties
- Provide on-the-job training to production line members
- Learn warehouse management computer system in order to print appropriate paperwork and Finished Good tickets
- High school diploma or GED required
Quality Assurance Technician
- Through the use of statistical methods and data analysis, QA techs study variations in product quality and assists the production department in understanding the nature and causes of production issues
- Perform quality inspections and tests of production items per documented procedures
- Obtains and recommends dispositions for noted defects
- Perform calibrations of measuring and test equipment per documented procedures
- Review and evaluate written procedures
- Preparation and maintenance of QA records, including PC based records
- Assist in training of manufacturing personnel regarding quality procedures and measurement techniques
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college is preferred
Inventory Control Specialist
- Collaborate internally with operations, inventory control and production teams to ensure that the production schedule and inventory management expectations are met
- Prepare inventory reports and presentations
- Create and execute stock requests based upon bills of material in the Case Mason inventory management system
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college is preferred
Maintenance Technician
- Maintain and repair production equipment
- Set up production lines
- Fabricate machinery parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and audit-ready shop at all times
- Maintain the department in a manner that promotes safety and meets safety requirements
- Continuously strive for process optimization
- Facility maintenance and repairs
- High school diploma or GED required
Inbound Materials Quality Technician
- Thorough quality inspection of inbound materials
- Maintain quality standards on the receipt of goods
- Collaborate internally with both the Inventory Control and Quality departments to ensure the accuracy of receipts
- Assist Shipping and Receiving Supervisor with daily tasks
- Execute documents to help with the efficient loading/unloading of materials
- Learn and understand the warehouse management computer system in order to carry out daily responsibilities
- High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- High level of organizational skills, including written and verbal communication, creative problem solving, and commitment to company goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Ability to make educated, timely decisions on matters of quality
- Ability to execute multiple tasks concurrently
- Entrepreneurial attitude to succeed in an ever-changing environment
