SITUATION/CHALLENGE:
Build greater brand value and awareness for the air conditioning and refrigerant systems sealant via a more dynamic package re-design, while lowering its material and production costs. Also, we were asked to provide a more robust method of fulfillment oversight.
RESPONSE:
Case Mason worked closely with AC Leak Freeze to create an eye-catching package design. Case Mason also assumed the sourcing, automation and fulfillment for the new packaging as well as designing a website to track orders and provide access to real-time inventory data.
OUTCOME:
AC Leak Freeze received a new, exciting package and Case Mason assumed responsibilities for processing customer orders and order inquiries to facilitate a more efficient sales, fulfillment and inventory management process.
